‘We did it papa’: Riteish Deshmukh writes emotional message celebrating brothers’ election victory
Bollywood actor and son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister late Vilasrao Deshmukh, Riteish Deshmukh on Thursday tweeted an ‘emotional’ post celebrating his brothers Amit Deshmukh and Dhiraj Deshmukh’s election victories in the recent Maharashtra Assembly polls- 2019.
Taking to Twitter, the Housefull-4 actor wrote: “We did it PAPPA!!! @AmitV_Deshmukh wins Latur (city) by 42000+ votes for the 3rd consecutive time. @MeDeshmukh wins Latur (rural) by 1,20,000 votes. Thank you people of Latur for this faith & trust.”

The post on micro blogging site was accompanied by a picture of the actor dressed in a white ‘kurta-pajama’ and looking intently into the distance.
Another photo showed the three brothers, Deshmukh during campaigning.
Soon after Ritesh shared the post many B-town celebrities, including Anil Kapoor and Vivek Oberoi reacted to the former’s post and congratulated the Deshmukh brothers.
Replying to Ritesh’s post VIvek Oberoi wrote: “Every father’s dream is for his children to carry forward his legacy.....today #VilasRao uncle would be so proud! Congrats @AmitV_Deshmukh & @MeDeshmukh! May you live his dreams for the people of Latur!”
