Was mother Babita behind Kareena Kapoor Khan's exit from Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaho Naa Pyar Hai?

Hrithik Roshan and Ameesha Patel’s debut as well as super-duper hit film Kaho Naa Pyar Hai made these two actors an overnight sensation. The movie opened to a grand opening at the box-office, well as it is said that with great movies comes interesting stories. Same way while making of this movie Rakesh Roshan have an interesting thing to tell about.

As per reports, Ameesha Patel was not the director’s first choice for the lead in the film instead it was Kareena Kapoor who was going to debut with Hrithik Roshan. However, because of one incident, Rakesh replaced the actress with Ameesha. Well, as per sources, when Kareena bagged the film she was quite excited to work on this project but unfortunately her mother Babita did not like the working style of the director.

The story goes like this, the first schedule of the shooting in Versova was going to happen. In this, Bebo had to shoot for a song sequence, however when Babita got to know about this she approached Rakesh and asked him to shoot the scenes first and then the songs, but he refused as it might have caused him a huge loss.
