Vidya Balan shares an emotional post as her film 'The Dirty Picture' completes 7 years

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan became a huge star and proved his acting ability with the film 'The Dirty Picture'. When the whole industry actresses were running behind the size zero figure at that time, Vidya Balan broke the stereotype around with her unconventional looks in the film.

The Milan Lutharia directorial film actually was based on the adult star Silk Smitha but the makers never said it that it was based on her life. They said that it was an inspired story from Silk Smitha. Vidya Balan not just proved herself a superstar with this 100 crore film but also proved herself a national award winner. She won national award for her performance in the film.

Recently, Vidya Balan met director Milan Lutharia in the wedding reception of Ranveer Singh and Deepika and they clicked a picture of their bond. Now Vidya Balan shared the picture on social media Instagram while giving a caption to it, “On December 2, 2011, 7 years ago, The Dirty Picture released and changed my life forever. But everytime someone asks me how I did it, I don’t know what to say? Perhaps because Milan made it so easy for me… He hand held me throughout and all I wanted was to do justice to Silk and live upto the faith that had been placed in me by Ekta Kapoor (producer) and Milan,”
