Actually, there is a dialogue in the film Uri in which Major Vihaan Shergill (Vicky Kaushal) asks his team 'How's the josh', and to reply to it his team says 'High Sir'. Recently, PM Modi reached to inaugurate the National Museum of India Cinema in Mumbai and here while addressing the public of film industry he asked the same thing.

Here Modi also spoke about the importance of cinema in India and how the films are changing society and it reflects of each other. Cinema plays an important role in changing society and developing India. "The country is changing and finding its own solutions. If there are a million problems, there are also a billion solutions," said Modi.
