The trend of releasing a film again is not new in Bollywood, but if any film gets ready for re-release in just 4 months, then it's shocking. Interestingly, Sharib Hashmi's film 'Phullu' is going to re-release and the reason behind it is Akshay Kumar's Toilet Ek Prem Katha.
This is to notice that 'Phullu' was released on 16th June in theatres. Critics praised this low budget films but couldn't garner audience attention. The film is now again going to release on 6th October and the makers have shared the information by releasing a new poster.
Let me tell you that 'Phullu' is a story of a person who makes sanitary pads in rural areas. Sharib has played the leading role and Jyoti Seth played his wife in the film.

During the release of the film, there were the discussions that this film is similar to Akshay Kumar's upcoming movie Padman. R. Balki directorial flick Padman is also going to tell the same story. In that film, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte are playing leading roles.
