Takht: Karan Johar to direct a period drama starring Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal
Bollywood biggest producer-director Karan Johar has announced his next directorial venture, the name called Takht and the film will be releasing in 2020. The film will have a huge star cast of actors, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor.

There is no doubt that the star cast of the film is really a huge one and the interesting thing is that Karan Johar who is famous for making love stories will direct this period drama. Since a long time there were the reports that Karan Johar is planning to direct a film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh, but now Shah Rukh Khan is not a part of it.
