Sonam Kapoor has been asked the question of nepotism several times and most of the time she has ignored it. However, this time the national award winner actress finally opened up on nepotism word and shared her views on Arbaaz's show. Actually, Sonam reacted on one of the trolls who wrote for her, "Ten years in the industry yet you don't know how to act Pathetic #nepotism."
Sonam Kapoor while responding to that tweet and critics said, "I have been in the industry for 11 years. Thank you for following me and knowing how long I have been there. I want to explain what nepotism really means. Everybody thinks that it's a relative of a person. Nepotism actually means to get a job through any connection. I think people have misunderstood it or are using the word for their own benefit, to put other people down."

"My father didn't come from an illustrious family. He has worked in the industry for 40 years and he has worked really hard only for his children and if I don't take advantage of his hard work, which he has done for us, I think that will be a little disrespectful towards his work because every man or a woman, a mother or a father works for their children." Sonam added.
Let us Sonam Kapoor was last seen in Shelly Dhar Chopra's film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, where she played the role of a lesbian. The film also had her father Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, and Rajkummar Rao in the leading roles. Well, the film didn't do good at the box office but it got appreciated by the critics. Now the actress will be next seen in The Zoya Factor, starring alongside Dulquer Salmaan who plays the cricket team captain in the film.
