Shubh Mangal Savdhan and Baadshaho to have box office clash

Ayushmann Khurrna and Ajay Devgn’s films are set to release on same day

Shubh Mangal Savdhan, which features Ayushmann Khurrna and Bhumi Pednekar is about to release on September 1. The film is produced by Anand L. Rai and is directed by R. S. Prasanna. The makers have released a teaser and are about to announce the release date next week with a trailer. It is a remake of Tamil film Kalyana Samayal Saadham, directed by same director.

 On the other hand Ajay Devgn Baadshaho is an action thriller and it is set against emergency backdrop. It stars Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Ileana D’ Cruz and Vidyut Jamwal. It is directed by Milan Luthria and, the makers had announced the release date for their film much in advance even before they wrapped up the film. The promotions have also been started from past couple of weeks.
