Shikara: The Untold Story Of Kashmiri Pandits’ is hitting the headlines ever since the film released on Friday. The Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s film that narrates the ordeal of Kashmiri Pandits is receiving backlash from the audience. The internet is trending #BoycottShikara as according to the people the film hide the reality and commercialised the genocide.

Also, there were reports that a woman belonging to the Kashmiri Pandit community broke down after watching Shikara and then lashed out at the director for commercialising the plight of the people. The lady started shouting at Vidhu when he came after the screening to interact with the audience. The video of the same is also going viral on all social media platforms.
