The Hindi cinema lost its legendary actor Shashi Kapoor on Monday 4th December and people are condoling the actor's death on the social media, but there are some people who have mistakenly paid their respect to politician Shashi Tharoor in place of Shashi Kapoor.
Even Shashi Tharoor himself has shared this incident, he tweeted, “I feel a part of me is gone. A great actor, smart, cosmopolitan, impossibly handsome & w/a name that was often confused w/mine. (My office got two calls from journalists today about my reportedly serious ill-health!) I will miss Shashi Kapoor.”

In another tweet, he also shared some posts and tweeted, “We're getting condolence calls in the office! Reports of my demise are, if not exaggerated, at least premature.”

Actually, this all happened after one new channel mistakenly wrote Shashi Tharoor's name while telecasting the news about Shashi Kapoor. After this, people got confused and messages started reaching Tharoor's office. To clear this air Shashi Tharoor himself had to come and inform about the mistake.
However, this has not happened for the first time when people are confused about names. Earlier also when actor Vinod Khanna had died, people began to condole cricketer Vinod Kambli.
This is to notice that romantic star (between 70-80s) took his last breath at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital, he was 79 years old and now today on Tuesday the family will do his cremation ceremony.
