The release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's historical film Padmavati has once again came in the danger since the Rajput communities have started protesting against the film. The film has always been a part of controversies since the time it was announced, and the film which is set to release on 1st December, the protests are increasing day by day.
Now the film industry has come out in the support of the film, recently the Indian Film and TV Directors Association (IFTDA) held a press conference in the support of the film and its director. While the whole film industry has come out in the support, the superstar Salman Khan has also spoken in the support of filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Dabangg star had worked with Bhansali in films like Khamoshi, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, and Saawariya. Salman has said that we should not judge the film before its release.
Recently in a television interview, Salman Khan said "I believe we have censor board (CBFC) for it who will decide and take the final call. Bhansali always has made lovely films earlier and he had never shown anything wrong with anyone. He always made heroines look good in his films, and there is no vulgarity in his films. We should check his prior work before protesting against him."
Salman even has said, "We should not make any decision before watching the film."
This is to notice that some Rajput communities people and some ruling government ministers have also spoken about the film and they have targetted a rumoured dream sequence between Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji.
Well, Bhansali already has released a video in that he has cleared that there is no scene in between Alauddin and Padmavati in Ranveer, Deepika, and Shahid Kapoor's film.
