Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt set to tie the knot in mid-April, ceremony to be private affair

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are set to finally get hitched. The celebrity couple, who has always been very secret about their relationship, are tying the knot in April. The ceremony will be a private affair with family and close friends in attendance.

The much anticipated Bollywood wedding is finally happening. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will soon become husband and wife. According to a source, Ranbir and Alia are getting married in April this year. The couple will be tying to get married in a private wedding ceremony with a few guests and close family and friends present.

Earlier, a source close to the couple had revealed that they have zeroed in on the wedding date. "There's a strong buzz in the industry that Ranbir and Alia will get married in April 2022. Recently, Ranbir's mom, Neetu Kapoor, was spotted at celebrity designer Manish Malhotra's store and likewise, Manish was spotted at their house. The couple has even asked for free dates from their respective film shoots for the big day," the source told.

According to sources, the venue of the ceremony might be the RK house in Chembur. While earlier, reports suggested that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt would tie the knot in Udaipur, sources now speculate that the family wants the wedding to happen in Mumbai.

In the meantime, on the work front, Alia Bhatt was recently seen in RRR alongside Jr NTR and Ram Charan. The film has broken many box-office records. Next, Alia will be seen in Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor. The film is scheduled to hit the theaters on September 9, 2022. The actress also has Darlings and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani lined up.

On the contrary, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen next in Shamshera alongside Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The actor also has Animal, another untitled film opposite Shraddha Kapoor with Luv Ranjan, and Brahmastra slated for release.
