Rakesh Roshan Birthday: When underworld threatened him by hitting bullets

In a shocking incident, the famous director was once threatened by the underworld as he was shot twice in his body. It was the time when Rakesh Roshan launched his son Hrithik Roshan in the film industry with the film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. The film went on to become very popular and it came out as a blockbuster at the box office. It was made in the budget of 18 crores and collected 62 crores worldwide.

The underworld asked for the profit from the business of the film but the director-producer denied it. So for that, some goons hit him with two bullets in front of his house and later it was revealed that it happened following underworld threat.
