Not Arshad Warsi, this actor-director was the first choice of Circuit's role in Munnabhai

Filmmaker Sajid Khan regrets rejecting one film 14 years back and that too for acting. The director has recently revealed that he used to get many acting offers but he always rejected those offers.

While he has given 'no' to many roles, there is one rejection that he regrets even today.

Sajid Khan, in an interview, said, "I got approached by director Rajkumar Hirani for Arshad Warsi's role in Munnabhai in 2003, even Sanjay Dutt told me to meet Raju Hirani once but due to the busy schedule of my television work, I could not meet him. Today I have the regret of not doing that role."

This is to notice that Sajid Khan has acted in films like Jhoot Bole Kauya Kate, Main Hoo Na, and others. Sajid told that after these films, he got many offers for acting but he always wanted to be a director. Sajid Khan told recently he got an offer for acting in films like Coffee with D and Shaandaar but he didn't have any interest.

Sajid Khan also says that even though he would not be perfect for playing leading roles but he would be a good actor for character roles.
