Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra embraced their parenthood again as to their second child Shamisha a beautiful angel was born on 15th February. To announce the same Shilpa chose Maha Shivratri as an occasion to share the good news, i.e on 21st Feb Hungama 2 actress took to her Instagram handle and shared the name and first pic of her daughter with a heartfelt note.
In the note, she also revealed the meaning of Samisha that is ‘Sa’ in Sanskrit means “to have” and Misha in Russian stands for “someone like God”. During an interview with Mumbai Mirror Shilpa spill the beans over becoming a mother for the second time. She revealed that from the past five years they were trying to have a baby and that too a girl.

She further continued, “I had signed Nikamma and had committed my dates to Hungama when I got the news that in February, we were going to be parents again. We cleared our work schedules for the whole month.”
Talking about her daughter’s name she revealed that when she was 21 since then she thought that she will name her daughter Samisha and now her wish has been fulfilled and now she and Raj are proud parents to a baby girl.

Meanwhile, Shamita Shetty too took to her social media handle to share the good news and the same pic with a heartfelt note I wake to welcome her niece. Her note read, “Welcome our beautiful Lil princess Samisha Shetty Kundra👸🏻 .. my fellow Aquarian !!😍❤️🤗🤗❤️ About time !!! We've waited for you for soooo long..Happy to the power of infinity!! Maasiii looooves you”
On the work front, Shilpa will soon hit the theatres with her upcoming film Nikamma also starring Abhimanyu Dassani. This film will mark her come back to big screens. Also, she will be seen in another film which is a sequel of Hungama starring Paresh Rawal, Meezaab Jaffery among others.
