National Film Award 2018: The reason why Sridevi’s step son Arjun Kapoor didn't join Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor to collect the award will make you emotional

Bollywood female superstar Sridevi has left us on 24 February 2018 due to the cardiac arrest in the Dubai’s hotel room. Her sudden death has not only made the Bollywood but also her fans in shocked that how she could leave us so early.

On 13th April, Sridevi name was announced for the National Award as the Best Actress for her role in her last film ‘Mom’. Later, some people showed their disappointment for giving her such prestigious award after her death. Now, on 3 May 2018, the National Award ceremony has been conducted and Sridevi’s family went to receive the Award.

However, after the death of Bollywood’s Chandani, her family has suffered the most and they broke down emotionally, especially her daughters Janhvi and Khushi, to who she loved the most. During such painful time, it was their step-brother Arjun Kapoor and also step-sister Anshula, who come out to show their support to their sisters as well as father Boney Kapoor.

As everyone aware of that Arjun’s relations with Sridevi was not so good and they have shared any good relationship with each other. But as an elder brother, Arjun took the responsibility of her step-sisters and gave his support to them.

As a National award to Sridevi, is definitely a big moment for the Kapoor’s family, therefore, Janhvi and Khushi invited Arjun and Anushla to join them to receive the Award for their mom at Delhi. But Arjun Kapoor refused to come with them. Well, you all were thinking that he is so arrogant that’s why he denied but the reason behind his refusal will make you emotional.

According to the close family member, Arjun and Anshula wanted that this great moment should be owned by Janhvi and Khushi only.

Well, we must say that Arjun was having a good intention behind this refusal and his fans will respect more after knowing this.
