Kapil Dev’s daughter Amiya turns assistant-director for Kabir Khan’s 83 starring Ranveer Singh

Kabir Khan’s 83 is the most awaited film since its announcement, the film starring Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev in the sports-drama film. Kapil Dev who is busy training the on-screen squad while on the other hand, his daughter is busy assisting the team. According to reports, Amiya Dev is turning assistant director through this movie.

Amiya who has a keen interest in films is taking her baby steps through this movie to become a successful director in future. She is quite regular at the training sessions and is always there with Kabir learning, understanding the whole world of the industry before she pursues her career in films.

Former cricketer Sandeep Patil’s son who will also be seen the film eassaying his father's role said that though Amiya and his father played the World Cup together its recently they both met each other at the sets of the movie where actors do their training. He added that he is very sincere towards her job she is always there with the team during the training session and always informs everyone about there meetings, not just this whenever Chirag visits Kabir she is always there and shows her keen interest whether its related to costumes or the schedule she is involved in every decision.
