Kalank Box Office Collection Day 1: Karan Johar produced multistarrer film Kalank has released this Wednesday with the huge expectations. The film has a leading star cast having Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit, and Sanjay Dutt. The film has got mixed reviews from the critics and the audience. Some have liked the film and some have really felt disastrous about it.
However, after watching the trailer the audience reached with the high occupancy at the theaters. According to the early trades, the film has got the biggest box office opening of the year 2019. Kalank is now the biggest opening of the year 2019 and the early trade reports suggest the film directed by Abhishek Varman has collected around 21.60 crores. This is also the highest opening grosser ever for Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh also.

If we talk about the highest opening grosser of the year is then Akshay Kumar starrer Kesari is on the top position. The film that was also made under the banner of Dharma Productions collected 20.40 crores, Well now another film of Karan Johar has smashed the record set by Akshay Kumar's Kesari.
While the film has got five days weekend and if the film has got the biggest opening then the film will easily recover its budget even if it goes slow. According to the reports, the film has made on the budget of 80 crores and also includes around 20 crores for print and promotions. So, it may be easy for the film to collect around 100 crores.
