The Bollywood debut of stars kids Janhvi Kapoor (daughter of Sridevi) and Ishaan Khattar (younger brother of Shahid Kapoor) have always made headlines in the recent past. The hit filmmaker Karan Johar announced that Janhvi and Ishaan Khattar will mark their screen debut from his film Dhadak, since then their debut film has been discussed a lot.
Now today, on the 1st December, filmmaker Shashank Khaitan has started the shooting of the film. Shashank Khaitan is famous for making hit Dulhania series (Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaina, Badrinath Ki Dulhania) with Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.
The team finally kick started the project in the early morning in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The producer Karan Johar himself has shared some stills from the sets of the film.

Now it is known that Dhadak is an official remake of Marathi blockbuster film Sairat that created history at the box office. Filmmaker Karan Johar took the official remake rights of the film that time, now the remake of the film will be set in the backdrop of Haryana.
The film will deal with the issues of love marriages and caste marriages. In the original film, the boy belonged to a poor fisherman family, while the girl belonged to the rich politician family.
The film is supposed to hit the screens on 6th July 2018, even the critics already have announced that like Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, and Varun Dhawan, this time also Karan Johar is all set to launch other two stars in the film industry.
