Is Shahid Kapoor not interested working with Katrina Kaif in Batti Gul Meter Chalu? Director responds

Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor is busy in between the controversy related to his upcoming movie Padmavati. After that Shahid Kapoor will start the shooting of his next film with Toilet Ek Prem Katha director Shree Narayan Singh. Shree and Shahid Kapoor are collaborating for their next venture Batti Gul Meter Chalu.

Earlier there were the reports that Katrina Kaif is going to star opposite Shahid Kapoor in this film but then soon the reports came out that Shahid Kapoor is not keen to work with Katrina Kaif in this film. It was also told that Shahid was not interested in working with the director also.

Well, now Shree Narayan Singh was asked about it he replied that it is all rubbish and there is no difference between him and director.

Pinkvilla has quoted director Shree Narayan Singh, "This is absolutely untrue I do not even understand where this is coming from why would Shahid be unhappy? Firstly Shahid does not interfere with the creatives and casting, secondly, We are yet to take a call on this,"

Shree further also has told that they are yet to finalize the actress for the film and Shahid is surely supporting us. Shahid already has given nod to work with anyone.

Shree also has said that Shahid is very much keen to work with Katrina Kaif.

Pinkvilla further quoted director, "To sum it up Shahid has no reservations at all if Katrina is on board, in fact, he will be glad to have her on the film. It's better not to speculate things like this."
