Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide in his Mumbai’s residence on Sunday. According to the preliminary investigation, the 34-year-old actor’s body was found hanging at his Bandra residence.
His sudden demise came as a huge shock to many as Bollywood has lost another big star after Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Wajid Khan, who also died recently amid coronavirus lockdown.
The reason behind Sushant Singh Rajput is yet to be known. However, his last post on mother is doing viral which has left his fans teary-eyed.
Sushant Singh made his Bollywood debut in 2013 with Kai Po Che! and his last film was released in September 2019, Chhichhore.
The MS Dhoni film actor dropped out of Delhi Technical University in the third year as his dream was to become an actor. Initially, he started his career with the television industry and then moved to films and proved his mettle in Bollywood with his stellar performance.
There is no doubt that Sushant Singh was at the peak of his career but he was missing something very much and that was his college days which made him do his last film i.e. Chhichhore.
At India Today Mind Rocks 2019, Sushant revealed the reason why he decided to do the film Chhichhore.
He said: “Delhi College of Engineering ke itne saare memories the. Relive karne ka mann kar raha hai. An important reason to do Chhichhore was, of course great script and great director, but more than anything I wanted to relive my college days.”
Chhichhore will now be reminded as the last released film of Sushant Singh Rajput which was directed by Nitesh Tiwari, who is an alumni of IIT Bombay himself. The film also starred Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role.
