Here is what Akshay Kumar is planning for his 50th birthday

Bollywood's Khiladi aka Akshay Kumar will turn 50 this year on September 9. The actor is not in a mood for a grand celebration this time. In fact, he is planning for a family outing to the snow-capped mountains in Switzerland.

According to reports in a leading daily, Akki has been planning a trip to Switzerland for a very long time and now that his birthday is close, he is finally heading out to the place with his family for four days.

A source close to the actor was quoted by the daily, “On the weekend of September 9, the Kumars will make a whirlwind trip to Switzerland because Nitara has expressed a desire to see the snow and Akshay is always ready to indulge his children.”

Before heading out for a vacation, Akshay Kumar will spend some quality time with his mother Aruna Bhatia, sister Alka, mother in- law Dimple Kapadia and sister-in-law Rinke Khanna-Saran. Not only this, he will also have a puja ceremony at his home in Mumbai.

Talking about the work front, Akshay Kumar will next be seen in 2.0 with Rajinikanth and Padman.
