Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is high on success these days and his back to back hits has encouraged him to do more social relevant films. His last films and Kesari and Mission Mangal have really done well at the box office and now he will be seen on Diwali with Housefull 4. Earlier, his film Good News was supposed to release in August but as Mission Mangal came early so Good News was postponed for December.
However, according to the media reports, Good News has once again postponed for another date. Good News stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, Kiara Advani in the leading roles and it was one of the most awaited films of 2019.
According to the recent media reports, Good News which was slated to release on 27th December 2019 has now postponed for two more days. Now it will release on 29th December 2019. CEO of Zee Studios, Shariq Patel said, “We are releasing on December 29. We were previously planning to release it in July and then September, but because Mission Mangal came in for release, we are now planning for December,”
Talking about Akshay Kumar's recently released film Mission Mangal is going to enter 200 crore club. The film is already tax-free in Maharashtra and still the film is doing good at the box office. The film clashed with John Abraham starrer Batla House and despite the clash both the films did well.
