Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday to star in Shakun Batra’s next
Chhapaak actress Deepika Padukone is a busy bee now with several films in her kitty and the same goes for Siddhant Chaturvedi who is all set to star in Bunty Aur Babli 2. However, Karan Johar and Shakun Batra have brought the 2 together in a relationship drama.
The yet-untitled film will star Ananya Panday, Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in key roles. Shakun who has previously directed the films such as Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and Kapoor & Sons will also produce the film with Apoorva Mehta and Karan.

Talking about the project, Karan said that Shaukan has directed one of the most anticipated films of Dharma Productions ‘Kapoor & Sons’. The film will release in 2021 on Valentine’s Day. Shakun also added, “I have had a wonderful journey with Karan and his production house for almost a decade now, and I can’t wait to get back into the director’s chair for my next. It’s a relationship drama where the characters find themselves stuck in a morally ambiguous zone.”

On the work front, Ananya Panday is busy shooting for Khaali Peeli alongside Ishaan Khatter. While Deepika is gearing up for the release of her film Chhapaak alongside Vikrant Massey.
