As Coronavirus is spreading in India rapidly it is also taking a toll on all the business as it's not just affecting the health of the people but also affecting the business. Recently, on 6th March, Friday Baaghi 3 was released starring Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and Ankita Lokhande and due to the spread of the deadly virus, it suffered a major set back as the film managed to earn only 53.83 crores so far.
Seeing this Reliance Entertainment has called for the meeting with Sooryavanshi director Rohit Shetty and ‘83 director Kabir Khan. From the past few weeks the discussion over the release of the two upcoming films is going on and since both the films are big-budget films so neither the makers nor the producers are taking chance.
The meeting is basically to finalise the release date of both the films, amidst the Coronavirus outspread. Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh is slated to release on 27th March while 83 starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone is slated to release on 10th April. So there are rumours that there is 70:30 ratio as 70% are wanting the delay while the remaining 30 are against it.
Also, there are rumours that the trailer launch of 83 which is scheduled to take place on 11th March is being also considered to be pushed to a later date. Well, there is yet no official statement by both the directors so till then we have wait for their official statement.
