Commando 2 box office: The Vidyut Jamwal film is off to a decent start!

Commando 2 had a fair start at the box office as the film raked in around Rs 5.15 crore on its opening day.

The Vidyut Jamwal film was strong at the mass centres however the collections remained on the lower side at the metros. The best business for the film has come from CI (Central India), CP bearer, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh which are prominently the mass dominated regions.

The collections at the mass centres might face a drop on Saturday and it is important for the multiplexes to show a growth in collections on Saturday and Sunday to help the film put up a decent weekend number.

The film has been made on a moderate budget and an Rs 30 crore number at the box office would ensure a break even situation for all concerned. The trend over the weekend followed by hold on Monday will decide the fate of the film.
