Bollywood is one such place where everyone comes to know the celebrities' reaction to the various on-going situation. Recently, the nation is witnessing a protest across the country against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CCA). Many celebs took to their Twitter handle to share their opinion and to condemn the police’s action towards the students.
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap wrote, “This has gone too far.. can’t stay silent any longer. This government is clearly fascist .. and it makes me angry to see voices that can actually make a difference stay quiet ..”

Priyanka Chopra who Goodwill Ambassador took to her twitter handle and wrote, “Education for every child is our dream. Education is what empowered them to think independently. We have raised them to have a voice. In a thriving democracy, to raise one’s voice peacefully and be met with violence is wrong.”
