Salman Khan's record of successful films on Eid has been shattered with his recent Eid released Tubelight.

Although Tubelight managed to cross the 100 crore mark but it is still way behind than the other Salman Khan's superhit films. It can rightly be said that Salman, who played a role an of man-child,
couldn't impress audience that much with his experiment. According to the box office collection report of Tubelight, the distributors are going to face a huge loss of 270 crores.

This has not happened for a first time in Bollywood when a superstar did some experiment with their roles and their films turned out to be the flop.

1. Fan - Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan played a young fan of himself in the film Fan. SRk expected the film to be a great hit but it went flop at the box office.

2. Agneepath - Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan is very famous for magical voice but for the first time director, Mukul Anand did some experiment with it in Agneepath. The film went a huge flop at the box office.

3. Rajinikanth - Kochadaiiyaan

Rajinikanth tried an animated avatar in film Kochadaiiyaan directed by his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth. Everyone knows what happened with this film.

4. Hrithik Roshan - Kites

Hrithik Roshan is always believed to be the Hollywood actor in Bollywood. He even tried to show his Hollywood style acting and action scenes in his home production film Kites in 2010. The film is the biggest flop of Hrithik's career.
