“I play a merchant navy officer and will appear in an important sequence in the period drama. It’s a small but significant, quirky character with funny elements. We were active in the theatre and the dramatics circuit at the time and during the shoot we would often reminisce about those days. When he offered me this part of a captain of the ship, I immediately took it on.” Satish Kaushik told Mumbai Mirror.
On the other hand, Satish Kaushik is also planning to make a comeback as a director with his next film Kaagaz starring Mirzapur star Pankaj Tripathi. Even it was a coincidence that both the actors Salman and Satish Kaushik were shooting at the same place in Malta.
