SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 has become the 5th film to enter the coveted 300 crore club in the Hindi belt however it has managed to attain the feat in merely 10 days which is the fastest ever for any film.
The collection of the film in its second weekend (80.00 crore approx.) are higher than the first weekend collection of films like Raees, Kaabil and Jolly LLB 2 which speaks about volumes about the audience word of mouth. The movie is expected to be the first film to rake in over Rs 400 crore in the Hindi belts and given the trend, the possibility of it earning Rs 450 crore cannot be ruled out.
In its 10 day run at the box-office, the film has broken 15 major records which include:

- Highest Tuesday: Rs 30.00 crore (Dangal: Rs 23.09 crore)
- Highest Wednesday: Rs 26.00 crore (Dhoom 3: Rs 25.52 crore – Holiday)
