A few months back the superstar Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt have announced their collaboration for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah for Eid 2020. However, since the announcement has happened the fans and the neitzens have started trolling Alia Bhatt for casting opposite Salman Khan who is 27 years older than him. The interesting thing is that Salman Khan was a star when Alia Bhatt was not even born.
Alia Bhatt who is busy in the promotions of her next film Kalank, recently, told in an interview that she doesn't get any criticism for being cast opposite Salman Khan. "I didn't get any criticism. I think I got a lot of excitement. I think a speculation is also a form of excitement in a way and why shouldn't there be speculation? There should be and at least I am not bothered by that and I don't think Salman or Bhansali sir are bothered." said Alia Bhatt.
"I think this is a filmmaker who has given us very good films, he is someone who we all are very fond of and I think we should just trust him with his vision," Kalank actress added.
Let us tell you that Alia Bhatt also was very excited when announced the project starring alongside Salman Khan and directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Alia Bhatt tweeted, "I was 9 when I first walked into Sanjay Leela Bhansali's office, all nervous and hoping and praying that I would be in his next film. It's been a long wait,"
In another tweet, she said, "Dream with your eyes wide open, they say, and I did. Sanjay sir and Salman Khan are magical together and I can't wait to join them on this beautiful journey called Inshallah."
Talking about the film, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman Khan are collaborating for a film after 13 years of Saawariya. The film also marks Alia Bhatt's first collaboration with Bhansali and Salman Khan. The film is going to be released on Eid 2020.
