Akshay Kumar finds Twinkle Khanna's birthday gift as the best one

Khiladi Kumar's birthday celebration continues a week after his real birth date.

Celebrating his 50th birthday on September 9 with his family in Swiss Alps the actor's friends and colleagues back home have extended the celebrations to a week later.

Talking in an interview about the celebration the actor said the gift given from his wife Twinkle Khanna is best birthday gift he has received. "She presented me two paintings she had commissioned - one, a portrait of me with my daughter and the other with my son. This is what I cherish the most,"

Akshay Kumar will soon be seen as a judge on his upcoming new show on television in "The Great Indian Laughter Challenge". the actor is busy shooting the promotional video for the same. A week after his birthday, his van on the sets of the show is festooned with the balloonS and stacked with gifts.

He further added, “It’s not that I am telling everyone 'It's my birthday, let's celebrate.' The channel and production folk have put up all this. This was their way of wishing me a belated birthday.”

The National Award winning actor is currently busy shooting for Gold. He will also be seen in 2.0 opposite Rajinikanth. and in Padman along with Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor.
