After working with Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Salute
Bollywood actress Fatima Sana Shaikh who was last seen with Aamir Khan in two films Thugs Of Hindostan and Dangal has always said that she wants to work with Shah Rukh Khan. It looks like that Fatima has really got a chance to fulfil her wish and now finally she is going to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the next film. Recently, there were the reports that after the exit of Taapsee Pannu, now Fatima Sana Shaikh to play her part in Anurag Basu's film Life In A Metro sequel.
Reports are that Fatima Sana Shaikh will star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Siddharth Roy Kapur's next production venture Salute. A close source to the film told Bollywood Hungama, “The makers are still on a hunt for the leading lady. Fatima Sana Shaikh too is being considered for the role. They seem to be quite impressed with her performances and she is one of the leading contenders for it.”
However, no official announcement has happened yet and soon the makers will make a final statement on the casting. Talking about the film Salute then it is a biopic on Rakesh Sharma, the first astronaut belongs from India to reach on Moon.
The film has written by Anjum Rajabali and Mahesh Mathai will direct the venture. The film has many expectations now after the debacle of Shah Rukh Khan's last film Zero, starring alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
