Bollywood director Rohit Shetty directorial Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer Simmba has collected more than 200 crores at the box office. After seeing the collection report, Rohit Shetty now finally has said that he will make a sequel of Simmba. Rohit Shetty and producer Karan Johar announced during the trailer launch that Simmba has designed like a franchise so there is no surprise if the sequel of the film will be made.
However, now finally Rohit Shetty has confirmed that he will make a sequel of the film. Rohit Shetty said, 'Now I will introduce a lady cop in my film as well. TIll now it is just an idea but I don't have any story or script. But it is clear that one lady should be introduced after Simmba, Singham, and Sooryavanshi. Although it is too early to announce a sequel of Simmba, the film is still in the theatres and it has not removed from there till now.'
Rohit Shetty further added, "I don't have any story for Simmba sequel right now but the film should be loved beside the box office. A film should have the love of the audience, when it premiered at TV there should be an environment then a sequel should be made. If I announced Simmba today then people will get confused that what they will watch Singham, Simmba or Sooryavanshi. Now my all three films are cop-based drama. However, I am not decline that Simmba sequel will be made, definitely 100 per cent the sequel of Simmba will be made."
