UK based woman declares herself as 'Chief Ministerial candidate' for upcoming Bihar Assembly elections
Pushpam Priya Choudhary, the daughter of former Janata Dal United MLC Vinod Chaudhary, has declared herself as Bihar’s chief ministerial candidate in the upcoming assembly polls.
Pushpam Choudhary, who hails from Bihar’s Darbhanga, lives in London and has declared her candidacy in a full-page commercial which became apparent in a number of Hindi and English newspaper in Bihar on Sunday.
The commercial mentioned her as the President of Plurals (her party), and the chief ministerial candidate of the state.
At the present time, the BJP-JDU-LJP alliance led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, is governing Bihar.
