Xi Jinping plays 'Tu, tu hai wahi dil ne jise apna kahaa' for PM Modi as they went sailing in Wuhan's East Lake
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in China on a two days summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping. This informal summit is to improve bilateral relations. PM Modi was welcomed with a gala event followed by dinner at Hubei Provincial Museum in Wuhan.
Bonding over delicious food, Modi and Xi Jinping enjoyed 'Tu, Tu hai wahi dil ne jise apna kahaa' from Bollywood movie 'Yeh Vaada Raha' released in 1982.

On the second day of the trip, Narendra Modi and Xi Jinping were seen walking around the East Lake in Wuhan. This followed a ride in the beautiful double-decker boat.
PM Modi said, "I hope such informal summits become a tradition between both the countries. I'll be happy if in 2019 we can have such an informal summit in India,"
He also added that China-India good relationship is an important and positive factor for maintaining peace and stability in the world.
Prime Minister Modi tweeted that he was delighted to meet President Xi Jinping in Wuhan. Their talks were extensive and fruitful.
This visit has come months after India-China standoff in Doklam, area claimed by Bhutan but occupied by China.
