Thai cave rescue: Elon Musk leaves 'impractical kid-sized sub' to be useful in the future
SpaceX Founder CEO, Elon Musk was inside the Thai cave along with the rescue team on Tuesday, he accompanied with him a prototype mini-sub to help save the young soccer players trapped in a waterlogged cave.
He tweeted, "Just returned from Cave 3," He even wrote, "Mini-sub is ready if needed. It is made of rocket parts & named Wild Boar after the kids' soccer team. Leaving here in case it may be useful in the future."
He even posted a video on Instagram where he and rescuers are seen in the flooded cave. Four young soccer players and their coach still await rescuers who are some two kilometres away. It isn't sure if the Thai rescuers are going to use Musk's prototype.
