Shocking Video: 6-month pregnant Pakistani singer shot dead for not standing during performance
A six-month pregnant Sindhi singer named Samina Samoon was shot dead at Kanga village in Pakistan as she did not stand up while performing.
A video uploaded by a Human Rights Activist & Blogger Kapil Dev from Sindh showed that the assassin Tariq Jatoi kept persuading her to stand up and sing but she did not do so as she was pregnant to which Tariq Jatoi shot her dead.
Then the 24-year-old was rushed to a nearby hospital but she succumbed to her injuries.
Samina Sindhu, a 6-month pregnant Sindhi singer, was shot dead in Larkana by Tariq Jatoi. He asked her for stand-up performance. On refusal, he threatened her. This shocking incident was registered by her husband and police have arrested two accused and his accomplices. The deceased singer's husband has filed a double murder report as the singer was expecting.
In the viral video, Samina was seen performing in Kanga village for an event. She was sitting and singing. Many people were seen showering money on her.
She stood up reluctantly to humour him. However, Jatoi, who was inebriated, shot her dead just moments after she got up.
