China: Plane carrying 133 people on board crashes

A China Eastern Airlines plane with 133 people on board crashed in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Monday.
The plane crashed in the city of Wuzhou, the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region of China, causing a forest fire, Sputnik reported citing China Central Television (CCTV).
A China Eastern Airlines aircraft carrying 133 passengers from Kunming to Guangzhou had an "accident" in the region of Guangxi & caused a fire on the mountains. The jet involved in the accident was a Boeing 737 aircraft & the number of casualties wasn't immediately known: Reuters

According to CCTV, the search and rescue operations are underway, the Russian News Agency reported.
