Watch Donald Trump, wife Melania steer Gandhi’s Charkha at Sabarmati Ashram
US President Donald Trump recently arrived in India with his wife Melania and other 11 delegates including his daughter Ivanka Trump and his son-in-law Jared Kushner. Along with PM Narendra Modi, Trump started his journey with the roadshow and reached his first destination Sabarmati Ashram.
At Sabarmati Ashram they were welcomed in all traditional style and paid tribute to Mahatama Gandhi by spinning the Charkha. In this video, we can see Trump and his wife sitting down at the ground and spinning the wheel while the elucidator explains him the origin and history related to the “Charkha”.

As we all know that Ashram has a visitor book where the visitor writes his or her experience in the wake of Sabarmati Ashram. In the image, we can see Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump writing in the visitor’s book. While leaving he wrote, “To my great friend Prime Minister Modi....thank You, Wonderful Visit!’.

Now Us President and his wife First Lady has moved towards their second destination i.e Motera Stadium where they will attend the mega event “Namaste Trump”. We will see Kailash Kher along with other gracing the stage in wake to welcome them.
