Though, the exact reason, that sparked the fight between two senior leaders, but the viral video clip states the two have been arguing with each other before indulging in a physical fight. Later, CM Nath reached the site and unfurled the tricolor.
On the other hand, both Yadav and Kunjir are relative lightweights in Congress Party. Kunj and his supporters have later escorted out the police present at the site.
The Congress which returned to power in MP after 15 years in 2018 has been dogged by factionalism in the state where loyalties of party workers are divided among CM Nath, former CM Digvijaya Singh, and former MP Jyotitraditya Scindia.
