UP woman refuses to leave husband after talaq; what latter does next will shock you
In a shocking incident brought to light from the state of Uttar Pradesh. A man allegedly paid his neighbour to kill his 7-year-old daughter so that he could falsely incriminate his wife for murder. Reportedly, the man offered Rs 8,000 along with free liquor for two days in exchange for the alleged killing.
According to reports, the accused man wanted to exact revenge from his wife as she had refused to leave home following their 'triple talaq'. The accused man's daughter has been identified as Saba.
The seven-year-old girl was found dead on 19th September. Saba’s father identified as Muzammil Shamad, ran a cab service in the national capital. Reportedly, Saba's uncle, identified as Mudassir launched an attack on her using a hammer while her neighbour, named Amir cut her throat. In the time of incident, Shamad stayed in Delhi in a bid to evade suspicion.
Shamad tied the know with Shabnam in 2010 and have her triple talaq four years later. Shabnam said, "He gave me the talaq in my absence, rendering it invalid. He remarried the following year and has been trying to make me leave my matrimonial house. He even tried to throw acid on me in 2018, but failed. " The woman has further alleged that the accused killed her son, who breathed his last three years ago, The Times of India reported.
Superintendent of police Bulandshahr, Santosh Kumar Singh established that the woman had registered a police complaint with relation to the acid attack attempt in 2018. However, no action was taken against Shamad because of a dearth of evidence.
Furthermore investigation into the matter disclosed that Shamad spoke to his brother and neighbour Amir about the planned murder. Reportedly, he was irked as his wife (Shabnam) had refused to leave their marital home regardless of the triple talaq and wanted to incriminate her for murder.
