UP: Two teenagers kill 5-year-old boy to take revenge on father
Two teenagers allegedly murdered their boss’s 5-year-old kid in Uttar Pradesh’s Raghupura area as they were unhappy with his father for paying them a meager amount of Rs 30 to Rs 50 for working in the fields. The accused teens carried out the misdeed after watching crime serials.
Both the accused have been taken into custody and sent to the juvenile home after being produced before a Juvenile board on Saturday.
As per reports, the victim, identified as Aditya was allegedly abducted and then strangulated to death by two teens on 13th February, both the accused are 16 years of age.
The victim’s father, identified as Balistar regestered a police complaint against unidentified persons after he was not able to find his son.
The FIR was lodged under section 363 (kidnapping) of IPC.
After two days, the 5-year-old boy’s dead body was recovered from a tubewell.
Shubham Patel, Superintendent of Police stated that in the time of interrogation, the teenagers admitted to the crime. They told cops that they were unhappy with Aditya's father and decided to murder one of his sons to take revenge and hurt him.
According to police since Aditya was younger among the two siblings, he was an easy target for the accused.
The accused teenagers took the victim to a mustard field where they throttled him to death. Later, they took the body to a nearby jungle and buried it in a pit after putting it in a plastic bag.
On 14th February, a rumour spread in the village that some tantrik had told the victim's family that the boy will be found at a tubewell.
After coming to know about this, the accused took out the dead body from the pit and tried to burn his clothes and slipper in a bid to destroy evidence and left his body at a nearby tubewell.
