UP: Family of 3 mysteriously hacked to death; valuables missing
A horrific incident was reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj where a family of 3 members was found mysteriously dead in their house. The incident took place on Thursday in Andhi village which falls under the jurisdiction of the Manda police station.
As per reports, the deceased identifies as Nand Lal Yadav (50), his wife Chabili Devi (48) and his daughter Raj Dulari (15) were found dead. As soon as the police received the information they rushed to the spot and recovered 3 bodies lying in the pool of blood.
Nand Lal was sleeping in his field on Wednesday night while his wife was sleeping outside their house. His daughter was inside the house and his son was sleeping in their old house. As per police, they have been murdered by a sharp-edged weapon as their throats have been slit.
As per IG KP Singh, a family dispute might be the reason behind the murder of the three people as, during the investigation, they found that one of the daughters-in-law of Nand Lal had threatened to kill them three days ago. However, police are investigating other angles of murder.
While investigating the house they found that the locks of the almirah had been broken and all household items had been scattered around the house. The police have yet not made any arrests as they are probing the matter and investigating all angles of murder to nab the culprit.
