Temperature dips, winter is knocking on Rajasthan’s door; check full weather forecast

After heavy showers for a week due to western disturbances, the weather in Rajasthan state is changing and residents have started to experience cold. The night temperature in the state has also been continuously decreasing for the past three days.

Last night, on October 15, the night temperature was recorded below 20 degrees in almost all the districts of Rajasthan. Chittorgarh recorded the coldest night of this season at 14.4 degrees last night, while the night temperature was recorded below 16 degrees in about half a dozen districts.

Although the fall in the night temperature is giving relief to the people, at the same time, the heat of the sun is also seen troubling them during the day time.

Phalodi recorded the hottest day in the last 24 hours with 38.8 degrees Celsius. Along with this, the day temperature is currently being recorded beyond 30 degrees in all the districts of the state. The hottest day in Jaipur was also recorded at 31.6 degrees Celsius.

As per the Meteorological Department, the weather remains completely dry in the state at this time, due to which there is a possibility of a drop in the night as well as day temperatures in the coming days.

In the coming week, where the Meteorological Department has predicted the possibility of a further drop in the night temperature by about 2 to 3 degrees, the day temperature can also drop by about 2 degrees.
