Rajasthan: Youth attacks 23-year-old woman with machete

In yet another gruesome case took place against a woman who was brutally attacked by her neighbour.

The attacker attacked the 23-year-old woman with a machete. The shocking incident took place in the Dausa district of Rajasthan.

According to the timesnownews.com report, the woman is under treatment at SMS hospital, Jaipur, and her condition is said to be critical.

The accused youth identified as Ravi Meena, who lives in the adjacent house of the victim.
As per reports, the accused man barged into the house of a 23-year-old woman and attacked her with a machete when she was sitting with her grandmother in the courtyard.

Police were alerted about the incident while the girl was rushed to SMS hospital in Jaipur.

Meanwhile, the accused is still at large since after committing the crime. Police are yet to ascertain the motive behind the ghastly attack.

Dausa assistant superintendent of police (ASP) said special teams have been formed to nab the accused.

Police will also record the statement of the woman after her condition improves, the ASP added.
