PM Modi on his way to Sikkim captures the beauty of Himalayan state in photos; see beautiful pics
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on the visit to Sikkim to inaugurate the Pakyong Airport on Monday, captured the beauty of the Himalayan state in photos and shared it on his Twitter account.
Sharing the pictures, he wrote “Serene and splendid! Clicked these pictures on the way to Sikkim. Enchanting and incredible!”.

PM Modi, who reached Sikkim in an MI-8 chopper from Badogra, was welcomed by Governor Ganga Prasad, Chief Minister Pawan Chamling and others at Libing Army Helipad. The Pakyong airport is located 60 km away from the Indo-China border.
Sikkim will get its airport nine years after a foundation stone of the Greenfield airport was laid around 33 km from Gangtok in 2009. The Prime Minister reached Sikkim after he launched the Ayushman Bharat-National Health Protection Mission from Ranchi on Sunday.
