Minor boy rapes 16-year-old girl after dragging her into parked bus

In a shocking incident of crime reported from Gujarat, a minor boy allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl after dragging her into a parked bus with the help of two of his friends. As maintained in case details, the alleged crime took place in Gujarat’s Vadodara on 2nd January. At around 8 pm, the accused and his two abetters dragged the victim into a parked bus on the road. After this, the abetters of the main accused then got off and locked the bus door.

Following the crime, the victim along with her relatives, travelled to her native place in Madhya Pradesh. The girl’s uncle, however, went to the police for help after he came to know about the incident.

The police then filed a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The prime accused, who is a minor, has been taken into police custody and efforts are underway to trace and arrest his aids, who are currently at large.

In a different incident of crime, a four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a teen boy who coaxed her out of her house under the pretext of giving her chocolate.

According to Deoriya SHO Uday Kumar Singh, the alleged incident took place at a village, which falls under the jurisdiction of Deoriya police station in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur on 5th January but came to be known on Tuesday when the victim’s mother registered a complaint, after which the police arrested the teen accused.

His parents have also been taken into police custody for allegedly helping him and putting pressure on the family of the victim to not report the crime to the police.
