Man sends emotional video message to mother before killing self for his love

In a shocking and heartbreaking incident, an Indian man, who had gone to Dubai in search of a job around a year ago, allegedly ended his life after his girlfriend died by suicide at her residence in Telangana.

Reportedly, the man killed himself two days after his 21-year-old girlfriend’s death.

According to the timesnownews.com report, Manisha, a resident of Gollapalli in Jagityal, hanged herself to death on Thursday. After her death, her boyfriend Rakesh left in shock and couldn’t bear the pain of Manisha’s death and decided to end his life in the same way on Saturday night.

Before taking the drastic step, Rakesh sent his mother a 37-second-long emotional video message. In the video, he said that he can’t live without Manisha. He further asked his mother to take care of herself, according to The Times of India.

According to the police, Manisha and Rakesh were a resident in a nearby village. However, Manisha’s parents didn’t know about her affair with Rakesh. Allegedly, Manisha’s parents started looking for a prospective matrimonial alliance for her. As per the police, due to the fear of tying with somebody else Manisha might have committed the extreme step.

The 21-year-old girl left a suicide note but she didn’t reveal any specific reason for the suicide, a police officer said.

Also, Rakesh’s family didn’t report his suicide to the police. However, they were informed about the incident by Dubai authorities.
