Madhya Pradesh: Woman googles how to commit murder, kills husband with paramour’s help
In a shocking incident reported from Madhya Pradesh’s Harda district, a woman allegedly killed her husband with the help of her paramour after she searched for ways to murder on google and dispose of a body. The incident happened on 18th June in Harda district’s Khedipur.
The woman, identified as Tabassum, alerted the cops about her husband’s demise but represented as if she was unaware of what had happened.
The police arrived at the crime spot on learning about the incident and began examining the crime location.
In the time of the investigation, the police became aware that the husband, identified as Aamir, used to work in Maharashtra. Going through financial crisis, Tabassum used to be dependent on another man, Irfan, for help and the two of them got closer.
Aamir moved back to Harda after the coronavirus lockdown was promulgated in the state of Maharashtra.
As a result of her husband’s presence in the house, Tabassum and Irfan found it difficult to meet and decided to murdered him.
As maintained by the police, Aamir had asthma and used to take medication regularly for it. Tabassum changed her husdand’s asthma medicine and gave him some other medicine in its place, causing him to lose consciousness.
Later, irfan came over to her place during the night and killed Aamir with the help of Tabassum.
As per the police, the two accused fastened Aamir’s hands and feet with a scarf, and then Irfan attacked him with a hammer till he died. The woman alerted the cops about the incident but attempted to mislead the probe.
When the police team arrived at the crime spot, it first seemed as if robbery was the reason behind the unfortunate incident. However, the police doubted the woman based on the evidence present at the crime spot.
The police took help from the cyber cell and asked for the call details of Tabassum. When the police scrutinized her call history, they found many phone calls between Tabassum and Irfan, further increasing their doubts.
The police then looked into her Google history and found out that Tabassum had searched on the internet for ways to murder, ways to tie hands and feet, and how to dispose of a dead body.
Upon further investigation, the woman confessed to have committed the crime.
The police confiscated the crime weapon, along with blood-stained clothes, mobile phone, and the cloth used to tie the victim, after the accused led them to these things.
As stated by SP Manoj Kumar Agrawal, Aamir was killed on 18th June, and the police were able to crack the case and arrest the two accused within 24 hours of the crime. The two accused were presented in court and was sent to jail.
